No of Years 2 or 3 years of experience in Manufacturing industry
Desirable Preference given to the experience in recruitment, training & Development in Aerospace
Budget 2 to 2.5L
Domain HR & Admin
Mandatory Skills Identifing the training needs of Employees
Preparation of training programmes and ensuring the same
Provide training and take actions to satisfy the competence needed
Responsible for recruiting the manpower as per manpower requirement
Determine the job specifications for different caders and the competency on the basis of appropriate education, training,skills and experience.
Collecting training feedback and evaluation
Assisting HR Manager
Personnel files maintenance
Leave maintenance
Providing welfare facilities
Preparation of Payroll
Preparation and filing of statutory payments and returns
Nice to have Fluent in English and Hindi
