Job description Job Title: Executive L&D HR Key Responsibilities: Administration of the LMS and other learning platforms. Worked on process optimization and other improvement areas. Supporting in creation and management of training materials. Managing all L&D email traffic, i.e., responding to questions and comments from employee. Documenting and maintaining L&D processes and procedures. Operating the learning management system (LMS) to train employees and evaluating the effectiveness of training. Identify the training needs and work with the learning and development specialist to coordination training programs that enhance skill and knowledge of employee. Supporting in implementation of employee skill development programs. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding process. Effectiveness communication of learning and development activities to employee and promote participation. Maintain records of training activities, attendance and feedback Assisted in conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. Supported the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees across departments. Assisted in tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback surveys. Working closely to design, develop, and deliver training materials for both new and existing employees. Collaborating with the stakeholders to understand the training needs of the employees and assist them with the most potential resources. Contributed to the maintenance of the company's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate content and seamless user experience. Implemented a data-driven approach to L&D by analysing performance metrics post-training, enabling continuous improvement of training content and methods. Developing and maintaining MIS reports, attendance, and feedback of the training sessions. Collaborated in cross-functional collaboration to align training programs with organizational goals and values Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in L&D and LMS. Strong knowledge of excel and Power point.
