JOB DETAILS              
Job description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. 2. Entries of sales done by sale person for the commission at the end of 10th every month. 3. Entry daily walking in the excel sheet. 4. Make salary sheets every month. 5. Feedback box to be prepared and handle the staff problem according to it. 6. Check the ID cards / ESI / PF of staff. 7. Should work under all the pressure . 8. Make sure to inspect the staff regarding their grooming, behavior, etc. 9. Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources executives. 10. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) 11. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) 12. Co-ordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes. 13. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations. 14. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data(absence , bonus ,leaves ,etc.) 15. Communicate with public services when necessary. 16. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. 17. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. 18. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. 19. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database. Desired Candidate Profile PREFERED FEMALE CANDIDATES 5-8 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RELEVANT FIELD IS MANDATE SHOULD BE FLUENT WITH ENGLISH , HINDI,TELUGU LANGUAGES. HANDS ON EXPERIENCE ON EXCEL MBA FROM REPUTED COLLEGE LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY SKIN COLOUR FAIR , BROWN & WHEATISH FOR MALE CANDIDATE CLEAR FACE , SHAVED,HAIRCUT PROPERLY DONE INTERVIEW IN FORMAL CLOTHES WITH IRON CLOTHES AND POLISHED SHOES.
