Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Human Resource Executive at SciTech Patent Art, you will be responsible for managing and administrating the human resource policies, procedures and programs.
Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment - Job postings, searching resumes, Pre-Screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews (Telephonic, Written Test & In person),
Negotiating salaries and checking references, updating database and coordinating the new hires on the pre-joining and post-joining recruitment process.
Induction to the new entrants for familiarizing them with the organization vision and values, hierarchy.
Imparting training to the employees and execute employee engagement activities.
Formulating and updating the terms and conditions of the organization as an when required.
Identifying and administering employee benefits.
Manage payroll and statutory aspects and resolve any issues related to the same.
Maintaining attendance through software in accordance to leave management system.
Should be able to handle HR functions through HRMIS.
Undertake Performance management cycle.
Support and Maintain positive Employee relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
MBA(HR) with an experience of 2 - 5 years.
Any Graduation with 5+ Years of HRM Experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
