Job description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other related tasks. The Human Resources Executive role will interact with employees at all levels and ensure that human resources programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Role & responsibilities
Expertise in Recruitment and HR Operations
Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
3+ years of related work experience
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
