Job description
Manage Recruitments - Sourcing, Screening candidates & conducting interviews in
coordination with the concerned departments.
Issuing Offer/Employment Letter to the selected candidates & follow up until the candidates
are on board.
Onboarding and Joining Formalities of the candidates.
Exit formalities of the employees including Exit Interviews, Full and Final Settlement and
Experience Letters.
Maintain employee's Attendance Records, Leaves / Absenteeism.
Contract Employee Management, Hiring, processing attendance and ensuring that the vendor
is compliant to all applicable regulations.
Statutory Compliance as per labor laws, and Factory related Compliances.
Draft and update documents such as Job Descriptions, Employee Files, Performance
Appraisal, Forms, Policies, and other HR-related documents.
Facilitate and assist various employee/HR related QMS formalities.
Employee Engagement including Regular Connect with Employees and addressing their queries, Organizing Events, Employee Picnics, etc.
Any other HR-related roles and responsibilities.
