Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR executive to join our team. She/he will be responsible for performing various HR-related duties and functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HRMS and PMS:
Manage HR-related administrative tasks smoothly, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and record-keeping in HRMS.
Maintain the track of leaves of the employees and coordinate for Payroll.
Generate company documents for the employees based on the requirement.
Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process[ Both Tech and Non-Tech profiles], including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance:
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to HR policies and procedures accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, [MBA preferred]
Proven experience of 1-3 years as an HR Executive or similar HR role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as experience ensuring compliance in a diverse workforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to HR challenges.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
