Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements
Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates
Arranging interviews for selected candidates
Follow up with shortlisted candidates
Updating trackers and preparation of reports
Posting jobs to appropriate job board.
Excellent communication - oral and written.

Atleast 2.5 years of experience as HR Executive.
Should have experience in IT Industry.
Graduate or Post-graduate from a reputed college or university
Excellent learning skills, and maintaining good relationships with candidates
Familiar with sourcing techniques.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
