Job description
Job Responsibilities:
To clearly understand the recruitment requirement, strategize the recruitment approach considering the position dynamics and TAT and manage the end to end Recruitment cycle.
To source, screen and interview the potential candidates through effective usage of all possible sources like Employee references, head hunting, job portals, database etc.
To manage the salary negotiation Offer generation process and maintain required MIS/ reports
To coordinate with internal teams for induction, recruitment data & other reports.
To facilitate the hiring of Technicians through referrals, walk in drives, sourcing through local agencies, manage the onboarding process & MIS reporting
To work on ad-hoc assignments as per the Function/Business requirements
Key Result Areas:
Timely closure of different positions as per TAT
Analyzing recruitment cost for own portfolio
Positions closed each Month
Timely submission & 0 errors in candidate documentation
Timely updation & 0 errors in reports
Referral Scheme Awareness

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
Any graduate with minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience of which a min of 1 year should be in front line sales & service staff hiring
Should have a basic knowledge of MS Office/G-Suite
Experience in walk-ins, campus recruitment, sales hiring, Internal job posting, vendor management etc would be preferable
