Job description
Reliance Retail (RRL) Marketplace
- The Marketplace business is an internet-commerce based platform where sellers across various domains can list their products, pricing and positioning, while receiving support from the marketplace owners in terms of warehouse and logistics, paying a service fee to the marketplace platform in exchange for the listing and e-commerce services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conducting research to map talent market and generate candidate profiles.
Creating robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest of talent.
Calibrating the candidates sourced with hiring managers.
Ensuring continuous prospective candidate connect and developing those prospects into candidates, engaging them, and performing initial assessments.
Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on multiple channels and talent pools/profiles.
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
Participating in stakeholder update meetings on active searches and position closures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers, 1-2 years experience, MBA freshers
