Job description Currently we have 2 vacancies 1 at Pune and 1 at Hyderabad. Both on Contract. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for recruitment process from sourcing till offer release. Responsible to build diverse pipeline of candidates using various platforms• Collaborate with teams to understand their hiring needs. Responsible for complete onboarding & background verification process. Responsible to plan & execute employee engagement activities. Assist in planning & scheduling Trainings. Assist in implementing various HR initiatives for the location/unit. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Maintain key HR metrics. Required Skills: Masters/ Post Graduated in HR is necessary. 2+ years of experience in HR. Excellent organizational and people management skills. Proven experience with effectively managing HR operations. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Very good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
