Immediate Joiners Preferable
Good experience in IT recruitment and HR Operations
Extensive sourcing experience on various job portals, social media platforms, and other channels
IT recruitment experience is a mandatory
Candidate should be able to work independently
Maintain Recruitment MIS and trackers for ready reference
Strong exposure to HR operations including HRIS or HR systems, policy and process management, vendor management
Responsible for managing end-to-end employee life cycle for the organization. On-Boarding/ Induction, Time Office, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Exit Management
Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
