Roles and Responsibilities
Job Title: Senior Executive - HR
Reports to: HR Manager
Department: HR
The Senior Executive HR is responsible for assisting the TL/ Manager in all the HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement etc. This will involve continuous interaction & follow up with internal and external stakeholders and perform other generic HR functions.

Job responsibilities:
Following are the job responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist the team in fulfilling business hiring requirements, coordinating for the interview and selection process
Handle end-to-end onboarding of new hires and thereby handling the file-management
C. Employee Engagement
Should be well versed with public communication and crowd management to handle the employee engagement activities
Prior experience in coordinating and implementing various engagement events such as R&R, CSR Activities, etc.
Coordinating for Friday fun activities
Assisting in making posters, maintaining trackers
F. Other Generic HR Activities
Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables and deliverable reviews
Assisting the team in other HR and L&D activities for smooth functioning
Desired Candidate Profile
Job specifications:
Qualification: Post graduate in MBA (HR)
Experience: A minimum of 4+ years experience in Recruitments
Competency:
Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of HR fundamentals and recruitment life cycle along with excellent interviewing and convincing skills.
Analytical Skills: Independently solves complex problems
Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and overall quality of work is as per the requirements specified.
Technical skills: Have excellent MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills
Communication: Have excellent spoken and written English skills
Flexibility: Be willing to stretch for long hours and if required should work in weekends
Ethics: Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, and works with integrity.
