Roles and Responsibilities
~ Assisting with their recruitment needs
~ Manage end to end recruitment, from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter.
~ Sourcing candidates from different job portals
~ Interviewing candidates
~ Onboard new hires
~ Updating employee records
~ Filling positions within an organization
~ Process Payroll
~ Setup and make statutory payments
~ Ensures HR statutory compliance with process and departmental standards.
~ Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, Incentives and other benefits
~ Managing workplace safety
~ Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employee.
~ Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR software.
~ Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
Desired Candidate Profile
~ Bachelor's degree
~ Fluent in English
~ Detailed oriented with ability to multi task.
~ Good communication skills
~ Good organization skills
~ Reliable, punctual and hard working
