Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying current and future hiring needs and developing job descriptions
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, placement institutions, collages, etc.
Conducting interviews with help of technical leads and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing joining formalities for new hires.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Managing internship programs.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers
People management
Attendance Management and reimbursement management
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in Human Resources
Year of Passed outs 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making skills.
The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Knowledge/Experience of recruitment processes and databases.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
