Job Responsibilities:
Handling End to End Recruitment Process
Understand the client manpower requirement.
Source CV's from different sources like job portal, social website, reference, etc.
Marketing the requirement in different online channel like what's up, twitter, LinkedIn etc.,
Designing recruiting emails to attract right pool of candidates.
Develop relationship with clients by delivery CV's within turn around time and ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
Update the job board and ensure all requirements are attend with utmost attention.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Recruitment, HR, Human Resources, Communication skills
Must be able to speak fluently in Hindi, English
Must have team spirit
Should have excellent presentation skills.
Good in computer skills - Word, Excel, Internet surfing.
