Referring issues to senior HR staff. Assisting departments with their operational needs Job Responsibilities: Assisting the senior HR staff in the end-to-end activities of HR operations. Prepare HR-related reports as and when needed Execute Error-Free Employee Onboarding Process. Documentation: Maintain all Documents as per Company Standards. Maintaining Employee Files Induction and Orientation to Employees Conducting Employee Exit Formalities Conducting Employee Recreation Activities Required Skills: 1 to 2 years of HR intern/HR Onboarding experience is preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and be detailed oriented.
