Position: HR Executive
Duration: Fulltime.
Shift Time:12pm-9pm or 1pm-10pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.
Job Description: -
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Should have good Oral and written communication skills
Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions
Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster
Strong Working experience on LinkedIn
Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirst, or any relevant sourcing media to identify high-quality engineering talent
Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc.
Able to understand Tech Skills
Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area
Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player and pro-active.
