Job description
STATUTORY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
Preparation of Monthly PF, ESI and PT challans and Payments.
Generation of PF and ESIC IP numbers New Joiners in employer portal.
Taking care of issues related to PF & ESIC.
Handling all the statutory compliance related to Shops and Establishment Act.
Working on Background verification
Other HR Related activities, supporting the HR Manager in day to day operations of HR Functions
Required Qualifications :
MBA or any equivalent degree is mandatory.
3-5 exp of similar experience in Statutory compliance is must.
Good communication skills.
Computer skills and working knowledge in HRMS tools.
Should be a good team player and be able to work under pressure.
