Summary of Role:
HR Generalist will provide HR support for the office daily. You should have strong experience in HR with a passion for attracting and retaining top talent with the ability to work independently.
Job Function:
Key HR point of contact for providing HR reports monthly.
Administration of new joiner and leaver process, including induction and exit interviews
Handle Statutory Compliance in compliant with relevant legislation.
Co-ordinate and administer recruitment and selection activity as appropriate for specified departments
Assist with all disciplinary and grievance issues and drafting of associated documentation
Payroll Inputs, Compensation and Benefits
Maintenance and updating of HR files
Comply with Perigord centralized Global Quality Management System.
Other duties as assigned
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedure, and documentation.

A person with minimum 4 years of HR generalist role experience will be preferred. Candidate who can join Immediately will be preferred.
