JOB DETAILS
We are looking for an ambitious and proven HR Executive with minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience who will support human resources department by posting vacancies, screening and interviewing applicants.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
3. Should have experience in end to end recruitment-right from Job Posting, sourcing, screening the right profiles and sharing with the hiring Manager, scheduling the interviews and closing the position.
4. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
5. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Technical roles
6. Perform Pre-screening to analyse applicants competencies against the Technical Job Description and qualification.
7. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
8. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
9. Contact references and perform background checks
10. Conduct new employee orientations/joining formalities
