Job description Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for hiring team members at restaurant level. 2. New store team member's hiring. 3. Manage and monitor sourcing, strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency. 4. Develop and identify appropriate sourcing channels. 5. Work with internal teams to assist in recruitment. 6. Build various channels for job posting optimization, channel development and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. 7. Ensure closure of all positions within the TAT 8. Create & maintain a comprehensive database of recruitment 9. Update the Recruitment Dashboard and Interview tracker on a regular basis. 10. Background Verification and UAN verification 11. Employee Onboarding & Induction. 12. Employee grievance handling & redressal. 13. Financial benefits administration like salary, and statutory benefits. 14. Non-financial benefits administration like uniforms, staff meals, ESI cards, etc. 15. Employee Exit interview, Exit formality & Full and final closure.
