Roles & Responsibilities: IT recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening & providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles T recruiters leverage a variety of online and offline channels to find potential candidates. This may include using job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, attending industry events, and contacting universities and colleges.
Building relationships with passive candidates: IT recruiters often target passive candidates who are not actively looking for a new job but may be open to opportunities with the right company. Building relationships with these individuals takes time and effort Must be available to work in a team Strong zeal to make the career in international staffing industry Perks: 3% recurring incentives per placement Hike after 3 months based upon performance
