Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
2. Leading end to end hiring process at all levels across the organization - Technical & Non Technical.
3. Facilitate HR Operations.
4. Drive various engagement activities as per engagement calendar.
5. Driving employee engagement measures, initiatives and approaches across levels to enhance employee well being, productivity, and retention in the company
6. Manage & keep records of Employee data base / daily attendance / leaves / other day to day matters
7. Work closely with other team members for smooth and easy execution of tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Experience in recruitment is mandatory
3. Must be a Graduate/MBA
4. Good organizational skills, time management and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
5. Keen attention to details
6. Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and take initiative
7. Excellent analytical with decision making skills.
