Job description About Company NRG Group of companies is a 10+ years old & fast-growing Global FMCG & EXIM company having offices in Ireland, The Netherlands and India dealing with its worldwide suppliers and customers. Job description: The focus of these roles is to work closely with Junior HR to assist Senior HR & Admin in day to day operations. Junior HR Advisor will work on Posting of Jobs in Job Portals, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll , Onboarding, HRMS, and other related works. Roles & Responsibilities Assist Senior HR & Admin. related to all HR & Admin Activities Posting advertisement in various paid / free portals/social media/ referrals to get the best resources for recruitment of IT & NON-IT Positions including writing and placing job ads by creating and revising job descriptions Telephonic screening and arranging in-person interviews for right candidates Conducting new employee orientations. Preparing Probationary training plans, Evaluations and Confirmations Monitoring employee attendance and work hours Payroll management includes maintaining salary/attendance/ call sheets Assisting with PF, ESI / health insurance, etc. Maintaining Employees Personal files.
