Roles and Responsibilities Managing the entire payroll process and exit &, F&F process Co-ordination with the cross functional team for the timely clearance and closure of F&F Oversee various MIS related to the exit process and coordinate with different departments. and internal team for execution Coordinating with the payroll team for computation of F&F and Payroll process Validating the F&F and Payroll calculation received from the payroll team after taking into Consideration of all inputs deductions, earnings, tax computation Coordinating with Payroll & accounts team for resolution of queries related to F&F and Payroll Ensuring timely closure of settlements, and issuing relieving letters Answering F&F, Payroll(Attendance, Earnings, and Deductions) queries of employees Chasing recovery cases and coordinating with the legal team for closure of the recovery cases Need to prepare the payroll inputs from different locations.
