Roles and Responsibilities
: HR Executive (70% recruitment +30% Operation)
: Hyderabad (-)
: UK Shift - 5 days/week (Mon to Fri)
: 11:00AM IST to 8:00Pm IST
Experience: 1-3 Years
Desired Candidate Profile
Well-versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster, and other Social Media Platforms.
Should understand the US taxation terms such as W2, Corp-Corp, and 1099.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Coordinating interviews with the clients and hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree Must.
Personal Skills:
Good team player and quick learner.
Ability to research and resolve issues.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
