Job description
1. Maintaining/Procurement of the office assets / inventory.
2. Assigning assets to the employees (like laptops, tabs, mouse, and keyboards).
3. Maintaining/Tracking of the assigned asset courier sheets (inward and outward)
4. Assessing the toolkit for the field employees.
5.Maintaining TNUD Data (Receiving the UDs from the field employs handover to the L2 and, after replication, receives from the L2 and
sends back to field employees.)
6. Inventory RT tickets resolution.
7.IFB required board pendrives sent to field employees.
8. Segregate the assets (working or not working).
9.Sending a mail to resigned employees for asset confirmation.
10. Share the RDCs to resigned employees and take back the assets.
11.Other admin related tasks.
