Job Responsibilities:
On-boarding new hires in the offer letter for C2C, full-time roles, and client onboarding in Taleo.
Completing the full New Hire process in Silkroad.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring in Taleo and silkroad, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Getting offer letter and agreement done to the employee and looking out in all HR-involved processes Onshore and Offshore (Collecting Vendor and client letters, Payroll, etc).
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations. Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
Initiating BGC candidates and following up on the process. Initiating all the fun activities and team outings. On-boarding on-shore employees and E-Verify, I-9 with supporting documents and benefits like insurance, 401K, etc.
Go thoroughly through the MSA and sign it, Send Vendors Companys W9 and all other contracts related works.
Request the insurance companies the copies required for the vendors for consultants like workers compensation, general liability, Automobile, Errors& omissions, etc.
