Roles and Responsibilities
Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include: Partnering with managers to determine staffing needs.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
Implementation of the Action Plan by breaking them down to Objectives, Tasks, Roles and Responsibilities for every single employee.
Collaborate with appropriate stake holders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas..

Desired Candidate Profile
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.
The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.
Should be flexible Willing to work under fix deadline or Target for recruitment
The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively and positively in response to requests made at short notice.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
