Job description
HR Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services function.
Documentation and Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the HRSS function.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare HR reports and analytics as required, providing insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, managers, and employees, to address HR service needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives for seamless delivery of HR services.
Project Support: Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to their successful implementation and delivery.
Educational Qualifications
Master s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Overview
As an Executive HRSS with 1 to 4 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources Shared Services function of the organization.
You will be responsible for assisting in various HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR services to employees and stakeholders.
Skills Required
1 to 4 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, and benefits administration.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong ability to communicate with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), preferably in employee data management on Success Factors, Service Now Ticket Management and MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
