Job description
We are currently hiring an In-house Recruiter to join the talent acquisition team and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Main Responsibilities of Executive - HR (Female)

1. Screening resumes and job applications.
2. Conduct initial phone interviews to suitable qualified candidates.
3. Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand non-technical staffing needs.
5. Create and implement recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
7. Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights on recruitment progress.
8. Interview candidate in-person for roles in various levels Junior, senior, and executive.
9. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
10. Host and participate in job fairs and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
11. On boarding & Joining Formalities
12. New hires and freshers are explained to throughout the induction process.
13. Proven experience as a Non-technical Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
14. Strong understanding of non-technical job functions and requirements.
15. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
18. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
19. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
