Roles and Responsibilities
Should have experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till onboarding.
Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking Sites.
Should be able to handle multiple locations requirements.
Efficiently manage the recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it.
Screening profiles based on requirements.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
