Hiring for HR & ADMIN Manager (Iron & Steel)
Loc: Medchal, Hyderabad
Exp: 12+ Years
Sal: Upto 9 LPA
Qual: MBA Specialised in HR / Equalent Degree.
Skills Required:
1) Motivate and energize my team to always be candidate-friendly
2) Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
3) Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
4) Handling overall recruitment for the organization which includes end-to-end recruitment, Sourcing and shortlisting the resumes according to the job requirements, arranging the technical round, negotiating the salary, and finally issuing the LOI.
5) Hands-on on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
6) Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
7) Coordinate with the HO team for timely completion of annual appraisal process and release the appraisal letter.
8) Prepare the recruitment MIS as on date as per requirement.
9) Immediate Joiners preferrable.
