Roles and
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Measure employee retention
Conducting Induction trainings
taking care of other HR activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Knowledge of Hiring / Recruitment
work profile : Source the candidates through different portals, calling them and conducting Telephonic/ Direct interviews , Scheduling shortlisted candidates .
Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Good communication skills required in English
