Location : Corporate Office, Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities
Should have strong knowledge on Statutory Laws and important adjudications
Liaising with Labour Commissioner, PF, ESIC department, etc.
To ensure timely payment of Compliances like PF, ESIC, PT and other compliances
To implement all the statutory laws applicable to the company
Taking care of inspections under statutory part
Maintenance of statutory Registers and Records at CO and sites
Online updations of PF and ESI data up to date
Performance Appraisal management
Updating of HR policies and procedures
Grievance Redressal of staff
Functional Monitoring of HR & Admin staff at Corporate office and Project sites
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process
Attendance and leave management
Payroll management
Educating employees on PF & ESIC benefits and assist in claiming PF & ESIC services.
Labour license and renewals
Processing Insurance claims in workmen compensation, Group insurance policies, PF claims etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have MBA/ PGDM/ MHRM in HR
Strong knowledge in general HR policies and procedures
Extensive knowledge of employment/HR laws
Minimum 3+ years in HR statutory role
Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience working with global teams
Strong verbal presentation and written skills.
Self-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a team player.
Immediate joiners and Candidates worked in Construction company are more preferred.
