Job description
Role: HR Executive
Location: Punjagutta, Hyderabad
We are looking for a skilled HR Executive who will mainly focus on talent acquisition to recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
The goal is to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Implements maintains and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, leave Management, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Work on a rotation shift and conduct offsite recruitment.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a HR officer, administration
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
BBA/MBA in business administration and HR Certification is mandatory.
