Job description
The ideal Human Resources Executive will be passionate to work on Organizational HR activities, is motivated towards continual learning and gaining progressive experience by closely working with HR Leader / HR Manager. The ideal HR Executive professional will look to effectively utilizes the opportunity to interact with people, employees, be empathetic and commited to maintaining healthy Organizational culture.
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify the requirements for each position
Promoting job posts on various channels; tracking applications
Completing the preliminary screening for applicants ensure a strong candidate experience
Scheduling and managing interviews, and ensuring participation from relevant team members in the interview/selection process
Getting referrals from external/internal networks to fill extremely important roles
Manage the reference-check and offer formalities
Facilitate the induction to new hires
Lead the exit process and support the teams with the analysis around attrition
Ensure timely completion of the quarterly Performance review process
Plan and conduct team engagement activities
Manage employee training/development activities
Manage payroll agency, attendance processes and team member grievances
Participate along with HR Lead / HR Manager in conducting performance analysis of team members at certain regular frequency to identify and communicate areas of improvement
Participate along with HR Lead / HR Manager in coordinating with department heads to create career roadmaps for team members of all levels
Must Have:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have
Min. 02+ years of progressive experience in handling recruitments and understanding of corporate HR functions
Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools methodologies
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task effectively
Displays patience, good listening skills, emotional intelligence and believes in taking an employee-centric approach
Displays a sense of eagerness and intrinsically motivated to do a great job
Strong self management skills with an ability to plan and deliver on deadlines
Desired:
Prior Startup experience with entrepreneural spirit is preferred.
