We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in Learning and Development
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing employee development programs to enhance overall organizational performance
This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive with a focus on Learning and Development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing organizational needs.
Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
