• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills
• Coordinating new hire orientations
• Plan and sometimes deliver training, including new staff inductions
• Prepare product document for marketing
• Develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
Qualification: Any Graduate or above in any specialization.
