2. JOB PURPOSE: Managing human resource activities to support the restaurants in Circle.
Drive excellence in all HR activities.

To handle HR related issues her/his area.
Conduct End to End Recruitment of Team Members for Existing & New Restaurants
Conducting Induction to new Joiners
Handling Employee Relations
Employee Engagement Activities
Handle compliance and statutory
Vendor Management
Handling MIS
Hiring of Team Members through alternative channels
Restaurant Visits and Conduct HR Connect sessions
Increase number of walk ins through effective branding

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualification – MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management
Experience – 0-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement in Retail/QSR/FMCG/Hospitality Industry preferred.
Age - Below 35 years
Incumbent should have excellent communication skills in English, & any other South Indian language as well.
