Job Description: Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or a similar role in the HR department.
• Extensive understanding of human resources life cycle.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Tools.
• Format & prepare payroll data and upload the same on excel.
• Work closely with location teams to ensure timely delivery of salary on a monthly basis
• Opening a new bank account and checking the documentation of newly joined employees
• Responsible for start-to-end payroll activity for salary processing
• Checking payroll details and resolving any payroll issues.
• Assisting in onboarding employees.
• Resolving all the internal and external HR-related issues.
• Answering all the employees' questions in regards to Human Resources.
• Scheduling interview meetings along with other team members.
• Managing Leave and Attendance records on a daily basis which act as an input to Payroll management.
