Job description
Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.
Calculate overtime, bonuses, and other special payments.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, social security, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to regulatory authorities.
Administer changes in employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
Implement and manage salary structures.
Ensure that changes comply with company policies and legal requirements
Utilize and manage payroll software and systems.
Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the payroll system.
Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
Keep track of employee leaves, absences, and attendance.
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
Generate and analyze payroll reports for management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data.
Prepare reports for auditing purposes.
