Job description Hiring USA Immigration Executives and US Accounts Executive Location:- KPHB Hyderabad (Onsite only) Experience :- 2 to 3 years ONLY Full time ROLE:- USA Immigration Executives Experience :- 2 to 3 years ONLY • Different USA visa petitions management • Handling Student visas - OPT, CPT, etc. • H1B CAP, Extension, Transfers, amendments Filing • Query Handling on HR & Immigration related issues, organize, • Maintain and file legal documents. Monitor status of the pending H-1B cases, track expiration dates, run reports. • Updating & maintaining of various immigration & HR reports • Manage timelines and case flow on a daily basis, updating the manager regularly • Excellent communication skills verbal and written • Ability to multi task ROLE:- US Accounts Executive Experience :- 1 to 2 years ONLY • Collecting Timesheets from Consultant weekly wise and maintain in Master Sheet. • Raising Invoices for Consultant Weekly, Biweekly, Half monthly and Monthly wise. • Sending all the Invoices to our Vendors/Clients. • Preparing Monthly Hours Report of employees. • Collecting payroll details from new employees. • Collecting Weekly Status Report every week from employees. • Taking Care of Consultant Address, Health Insurance, Joining Date & Ending date of project, and Direct Deposit Payment for our Employee. • Follow-up Payment receive from our Clients/Vendors and finally doing the Vendor Management.
