Source, Shortlist and Hire Human Resources as per the Manpower Plan for the year within SLAs.
Negotiate & Offer Salary to the new hires as per the Salary bands/ grids
Contract Renewal process management for Fixed Term Associates & Consultants.
Smooth On boarding of new entrants.
Induction process of new joinees.
Probation Confirmation process management for all new employees.
Update Salary Grids as on when required in consultation with the stake holders for Network.
Support other HR Activities like Performance Management, HR Operations and Training
