Role: Sr. US IT Technical Recruiter
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: LB, Nagar, Hyderabad - NO REMOTE
Job Type: Full Time
Shift Timings: 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST
Salary: 2.6 LPA 4.5 LPA
Job Description:
Candidates having experience in working with USC/ Federal clients are preferred
Need to have a strong LinkedIn network
Skills Needed:
Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
Experience Needed:
Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
Experience in Contract and permanent hiring is mandatory
Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches like Monster, Dice..,
Good sourcing capabilities with Social media, Blogs, Forums.
Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)

Desire Candidate Profile:
Minium1 to3 years experience into HR recruitment.
MBA HR with a clear vision of building career in HR.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling requirements and candidate management.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting: interview coordination till on boarding.
Making job posting on job portals.
Sourcing candidates from various job portals as per requirement.
Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
Assess knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
Conducting interviews for shortlisted candidates with Interviewers.
Follow up with the candidates till they are on boarded.
Maintain candidates database.
Manage on boarding and new hire process.
Role: OPT Recruiter/Tele Caller
Experience: 0-2 Years
Salary: 1.5 LPA 2.5 LPA
Desire Candidate Profile:
0 to 2 years of experience in Tele calling.
Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
Note:
Shift Timings - 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST
