Immediate Requirement for HR Executive position.
Roles and Responsibilities
Effectively following the recruitment process and maintaining at least two rounds of interview for all positions HR & Technical.
Full execution of the recruitment process, conducting interviews at various venues on basis of applications received for the position depending upon the requirement.
Sourcing the candidates from various web portals, advertisement, referral, campus etc.,
Should visit various districts within AP & TS if required
Manage new employee on-boarding
Knowledge on Statutory compliance
Required Candidate profile: MBA HR (Regular) with 4- 8 years of experience in similar field.
Good written and verbal communication
Good knowledge of MS-Office software
Efficient, Able to deal in difficult situation, Self-motivated.
