Roles and Responsibilities
Hands on experience of Technical & Non-technical recruitment through various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Etc...
Expertise to source the profiles through Headhunting.
Coordinate with the Recruitment consultancy services and engineering service providers for sourcing the profiles.
In depth knowledge of the employee Life-cycle Management (Joining Formalities, Onboarding, induction, Exit formalities).
Suggest and implement the new HR trends and practices in Talent Acquisition.
Handle the entire Recruitment activates, maintain the HR dashboard.
Work closely with the Business/technical Managers to close the positions as per the project demands.
Responsible for the Time Office, Attendance Management System and Payroll coordination.
Responsible and accountable for the Employee Engagement activities.
Coordinate with the Learning & Development activates.
Understand the Statutory compliances.
Ability to manage the office administrative activates.
Experience to prepare the monthly closing reports and submit to management.
Good in XL and Power Point presentation.
Excellent Communication skills to work with the global HR teams.
