Roles and Responsibilities
Complete recruitment within TAT.
Be an employee champion in terms of handling employee queries
Ensuring compliances of 2 factories in Medchal and Kondapally under various labor legislations; liaison and coordination with all Government agencies.
Responsible for time office function including processing of salary & wage, Security, etc. and personnel administration.
Manage Lifecycle activities of all employees.
Organize employee engagement activities and execute CSR initiatives
Provide HR support by visiting nearby units as and when required.
Support in execution of key HR processes viz. PMS
