Job Description:
1. Imparting interview techniques, insights and expertise to enhance the evaluation capabilities of line management.
2. Managing full lifecycle of recruitment for IT and Non - IT for full time/permanent, contract. Should have hands on experience on hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring documentation.
3.Creative, forward thinker, and manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process from the business needs.
4. Must have experience on sourcing the social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, Head hunting, references, social media recruiting and internal database and other technical means to source and to attract the best talent for open jobs.
5. Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals.
6. Working on all technical and non-technical position.
7. Experience in Domestic staffing should be willing to work across technologies and across levels.
Qualifications:
MBA/ PGDM/ any equivalent / BBA.
4-6 years of experience on recruitment.
Good Communication skills.
Strong knowledge on the screening.
Closing the positions within the stipulated time (NO TARGETS).
Should have thorough understanding of various IT Technologies.
